Here are some questions frequently asked by customers, relating to the shop.
Can i return goods?
A refund will be issued on any faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose item, if goods are returned within 30 days in it’s original condition. Return postage is chargeable to whom has made the purchase. Any non-stock items i.e. made to measure gates are non-refundable.
Where can i collect good’s?
Goods can be ordered for collection instead of delivery if you are local. Collection address can be found on the ‘Contact us’ page.
Is Delivery Included?
Delivery is calculated on the ‘basket page’ depending what is in your basket. Add all item’s you require into your shopping cart, then click ‘View Basket’ you will see the ‘Calculate Postage’ Option. Insert your post code for a cost.
Does anyone need to be home to accept the delivery?
- We will send a confirmation of your order with a delivery date within 48hrs. We advise customers to be home to accept delivery, however goods can be left in a safe place at your own risk, you may ask if you can change the delivery date for a more suitable day.
How long does delivery take?
- We do our best to dispatch goods within 7 days, some products are made to order which can take up to 10 days, any items that take longer than this will be in the description so please read the descriptions carefully so that you do not miss anything. You will receive an email to confirm a delivery date as part or your order confirmation.
How much does postage cost?
- The postage cost depends on product, quantity and location. All you need to do is add your items to your basket, click ‘View basket’ and you will see the ‘Calculate postage’ button, pop your postcode in here and continue with your purchase.
Do you deliver all over the UK?
- We provide a delivery service throughout the mainland of the UK, depending on the size of orders and location we may deliver the goods directly or use a reliable courier service.
